Please choose your pieces carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please double check the address and plan for delivery date, we are no longer responsible for the package once it leaves our studio.

FAULTY ITEMS

If this is the case please email us within 3 days of delievered date  at support@bebe-rouge.com with your order number and pictures of damaged pieces. We will be responsible for a return or sending a new package free of charge and postage costs. 

Actions for returns will not be made until the item arrives back to our location. Thank you!
